I was referred to this florist from my daughter’s friend who lives in Elgin. Ordering the flowers was easy. They contacted me after I sent an email because I left a name off my card. When they called I asked about adding a Mylar balloon because I couldn’t find a get well one on the site. She was so nice and told me which ones they had. I added it and then they called me to let me know that nobody answered the door and they were leaving them under their covered porch and took a picture. It turned out they were home but on a business call. I am so impressed with their personal touch. I don’t think I ever had such a wonderful experience with any florist. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! When I send flowers, I always wonder if the arrangement looks anything like what I saw and ordered online. You sent me a picture of the actual arrangement. No florist I have ordered from in the past has ever done that. Thank you! It was a beautiful arrangement. Plus you drove over 30 miles just to deliver them.
