Great experience as always! I was ordering flowers for a funeral out of town. Brit was very patient and helpful as always for the type of arrangement, cost and reputation of florist. I happened to be in the shop while another customer was ordering flowers for an entire funeral. Brit handled everything perfectly. Patient, compassionate, kind, and great ideas!

I absolutely loved the beautiful flower arrangement from Elgin Flower Shop! The flowers were fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and even more stunning in person. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend supporting this local business!
